Sweet Scents – Candles are a favorite of mine that will help her relax and set the mood after a long day. Remind her to take some time for herself to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet.
Beauty and Accessories – From beauty bag must-haves like the latest spring/summer colors from her favorite beauty brands to her favorite perfumes and nail polishes, make mom’s day special by giving her something that makes her feel pretty long after the day’s over.
Summer Essentials – Mother’s day falls on May 8th, and is usually when the weather starts warming up as we start to transition to summer. Take this time to spoil mom and get her wardrobe going with some classic summer time staples like a new pair of sandals or sunnies that will last her for years to come.
Pretty Petals – Can’t go wrong with a beautiful bouquet to make her day. If you want to cut cost (as flower companies tend to increase their prices for holidays) you could always pick up a few bundles and make a pretty arrangement yourself.
Year-Round Reading – Treat mom to some year round entertainment with a magazine subscription in addition to any of the above. It will take her mind off the everyday and she’ll be happy as she’s reminded of you with each new issue that arrives in the mail.
I hope this gift guide was helpful to you. Let me know in the comments below what you’re doing for Mother’s Day! 🙂
